Student Shoutout: David Taylor

David Taylor’s contributions to the #BYU50 event have been indispensable, with a focus on hospitality and logistics.
- Preparation of Hotel Arrangements: David took charge of preparing hotel arrangements with partner hotels. This involved meticulous planning to guarantee that everyone had a comfortable stay during the event.
- Driving Schedule: David prepared a driving schedule that not only made travel convenient for guests and staff but also ensured that everything ran well the day after the event.
David Taylor’s contributions have been instrumental in the success of the #BYU50 event. His ability to think critically, stay organized, and communicate effectively, coupled with his keen sense of organization, made him a driving force in creating a memorable and smoothly executed event.
Other contributions
Outside of those skills applied to BYU50, I have been grateful for the critical thinking David shows. His interest in details and understanding deeply what is going on for events, marketing strategies, and marketing analytics (including out weekly morning data nuggets) shows me his level of interest and buy in.
