Morgan has been a great addition to the team and comes with new ideas and fresh perspectives. I am grateful for her willingness to take an idea and run with it! Here’s a few ways I have seen that:

BYU50 Utah Day

When it came to it, the nationwide version of #BYU50 was such an undertaking that I couldn’t help but feel overwhelmed with the portion of that where we would have 30+ drops in the state of Utah. She was consistent in following up among my wild logistic testing, which I appreciated. When things felt under control Morgan an I met to talk about the state-wide mad dash that is the State of Utah drops, and one thing that I told her felt vulnerable but needed: if I got fired right now and this was your project, what would be your next step? She responded in such a quick, logical way that made me feel very comfortable in knowing that this would be handled well. I was grateful for the creativity she showed with having 30+ unique activities at 30 different locations.

Here’s a recap of what the day looked like: https://x.com/BYUCougars/status/1686151429118181376?s=20

Marketing Mentality

Morgan has been impressive from the get-go with her marketing mind. She was always asking the right questions as a volunteer intern and when she presented a marketing plan as part of her interview to be a Marketing Assistant, it was so polished, detailed, and creative. It felt like something we could implement right away. I am excited for her to oversee the Marketing and Fan Experience for BYU Softball this spring. Further, she has been helping rebuild the Junior Cougs program for kids which has been fun to see that throughout the process.

Morgan’s one thing: creativity

She always looks at things through a different lens to keep things fresh and include different audiences!
